Group reservations

We can provide tailored treatment packages for a variety of different groups. Please make Your reservation in advance so that we can ensure Your group a perfect spa experience.

Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so we can ensure You have a relaxing and peaceful visit. This means that treatments start on time and ensures that every guest receives the full treatment. If You are late we may have to finish the treatment early to minimise inconvenience for other guests. However, if a late arrival is unavoidable, please call to notify the spa receptionist when possible.

Please make yourselves known at the reception. When You have booked a package, you are given a dressing gown and slippers and can make your way to a changing room. The changing rooms have lockable cupboards where you can leave your clothes and bags – just take your key, ensuring that you don’t leave any items of value in the pocket of your dressing gown. You can leave underwear underneath your dressing gown – unless you have been advised otherwise. In the case of body treatments, a pair of disposable underpants is issued. There are separate changing rooms for men and women.

Preparing for Your treatment

For ladies, no preparation is necessary. Turn up and enjoy! For men, we recommend shaving prior to having facial for maximum comfort and benefit to the skin. Other treatments require no preparation.

Your privacy

Your privacy will be protected at all times. Your therapist will leave you to change in private and throughout the treatment you will be draped with towels, covering all parts of the body not being treated.

Your comfort

Although we do our best to anticipate your needs, we appreciate that a spa is a very individual experience. Please let  your therapist know if there is any way that she can improve your treatment or comfort – for example, heavier or lighter massage pressure, an extra towel, sound or lighting levels. We appreciate your feedback and encourage you to kindly fill in a guest questionnaire following your treatment.

Etiquette

Spa etiquette is intended to ensure that each customer receives the service they are entitled to in full. The etiquette also enables the customer service operatives to give each customer their undivided attention.  The Spa area is intended for relaxation and therefore, when arriving at the Spa, guests are asked to show respect towards other guests by lowering their voices and switching their mobile phones to silent. We want to ensure that our customers have the opportunity to find peace and relaxation in their busy daily lives.

After treatments You can enjoy a cup of tea or sparkling wine and snacks in our cozy Spa Lounge, where magazines and books are also available. After treatments You will get dressed, and then have an opportunity to buy products and pay for Your treatment at the reception.

We love to see our guests enjoying themselves! If you are with a group of friends, however, please be aware of those who may wish to sleep and keep noisier conversations for after the treatments and lounge time.

Personal preferences

Whether it is the room temperature or the level of massage pressure, please communicate your preferences with the therapist so that he or she can make your time with us a special experience.

Therapist gender

Please feel free to request either a male or female therapist for your treatment. However, we would like to note that all of our therapists are professionally trained and will offer you the highest standard of service with continuous consideration for your comfort level.

Health conditions

Please inform us about your allergies and other possible health problems so we can take them into account when planning your treatments. We offer a selection of suitable treatments for mothers to be. Please inform us if you are pregnant so we can take it into account when planning your treatments.

Cancellations

All cancellations should be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. For late cancellations we may charge 50 % of the treatment fee.

Gift cards

Would you like to give perfect days and better tomorrows to someone special? The Sinine Salong Spa gift card is the ideal gift for your loved one. The gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and also available electronically. The gift voucher is non-refundable and can not be exchanged for cash in full or part. If you pay for your treatment by gift card, please remember to bring it with you. We will not compensate customers for lost gift cards, because they are likened to cash as a means of payment. Please ensure that you make arrangements to use your gift card well before its expiration day, because we unfortunately cannot accept gift cards that have expired. The treatment indicated by the gift card can be changed to another treatment of similar value.

Payment

We accept payments in cash as well as by bank card and credit cards. We reserve the right to make last minute changes into the price lists.
